Dear KIS Musicians:

CONGRATULATIONS on choosing to play an instrument and being a member of the KIS Band. You are in for lots of educational fun and enrichment. The benefits are many. The discipline you develop with self-directed practice will carry over to your school work. Musicians tend to be high achievers in school. With each accomplishment, you will feel proud of yourself and discover that you can meet a challenge and succeed. That's a great feeling. But, most importantly, as you develop your individual talents and creativity, you will discover the lifelong joy of music making.
