The above pictures show the tilting boom assembly.  It is made from 2-3/8" aluminum plates 18" long by 8" high with 2 pieces of back to back channel.  Full circle clamps were made from aluminum bar stock (1" x 4").   1/2" bolts are used to tilt the boom. 14 -3/8"-16 x 6" machine bolts hold it together.

The strut construction was slightly different than all my other antennas because of the tilting of the boom on the top of the tower.  The inline struts had to be independent of the mast plate and also could only be 2-dimensional so they would pass by the mast extending above.   It was constructed of aluminum angle and 3/8" x 1" bar stock.  A second strut system was attached to the mast after the antenna was together and horizontal. It is a piece of steel, 1.25" EMT tubing.

The tilting boom was first tried without any elements on a 24' mast that was attached to the side of the tower, then an element was attached to one end and tilted to feel things out before it was done at 150'.
