CW/SSB COIL AND SWITCH BOX

The coils are made of 1/4" copper refrigeration tubing and covered with UV resistant heat shrink tubing. The form used was a piece of 3" ABS pipe, drilled for wire ties to hold the turns. The value of the coil is 4.1uH at 3.5 Mhz.
The switchbox is a standard PVC box with #10 stainless steel hardware and RJ1A vacuum relays. Both boxes constructed exactly the same with the reflector box coax connector grounded to the boom. A coax connector was used for the control line (RG-59) on the opposite end of the box.
