THE MOON: The Biggest Mystery?
|
| At one time there were plans to build moon bases with a view to exploiting the moons undoubted mining potential. Then suddenly all this interest evaporated. |
|
There were originally 3 more Apollo missions scheduled to fly to the Moon in the
initial Apollo plan, all were cancelled due to so called "budgetary constraints".
These 3 space craft were already built! If the budget were a concern why was is not considered a waste of money to leave these expensive ships rot away? |
| The Apollo flight schedule that was published on the eve of the first lunar landing called for nine additional flights before June 1971-a launch every 11 weeks. Apollo 12-15 would develop man's capability to work in the lunar environment; 16-20 would extend the astronauts' stay time on the moon to three days and increase their range of exploration. A primary purpose of the latter missions was to study the technological requirements for a potential lunar base. |

We point our biggest telescopes at stars so far away they may not even exist anymore.
Why are we avoiding our own satelite? It's so close! It would make a great jump off
point to get to Mars. Or it would have. If it were populated with bases and people
and supplies like it was meant to be by now.
Lets explore some intersting theories about our moon. |

10-15-2009 What if NASA bombed the Moon and nothing happened? Such a scenario does well to describe events occurring on the morning of October 9, 2009. This writer could go into some detail about what television viewers saw of the event, but it is unnecessary. To be sure, two things did happen that morning at the NASA LCROSS control center where both scientists and news reporters were gathered for the climax of the LCROSS Moon Mission. The scientists cheered and applauded and the news reporters simply scratched their heads in bewilderment and in that order. And for once, the reporters got it right. To say visual evidence of the two lunar impacts was less than spectacular would not sufficiently describe the event. A description of what was seen on television (in terms of actual impact and result) would be essentially nothing. It is anybody's guess as to what exactly the scientists were so thrilled about. As far as this blog is concerned, the reaction of the reporters was understandable and that of the scientists (in context) was if nothing else, extremely consistent. This blog's interpretation of the reaction of the scientist can be summarized in one word. Backwardness. Any time that something of paradigm shattering significance is found its dismissed as a pile of rocks and or covered up and hidden away from public view or both (in that order). In that fantasy world so many others seem to be living in, recognition, acceptance and dissemination of factual truth is the exception. The reaction of the scientists was extremely consistent with the larger trend of institutionalized backwardness, which this society lives. Excerpt from blog by Dano |

The U.S. was in a "space race" with the Russians. Why? Bragging rights? No. Well,
maybe a little. But the race was for superemacy. Mining rights. Money. Stratigic bases.
Once a country got to the moon they could wage war from it. Then, after putting
everything into the program, beating the ruskies to the prize, we stop. Why?
We ran out of money? Maybe. Others say we ran into some things we shouldn't
have and were scared away.
In his book, "PENETRATION" renouned psychic and remote viewer Ingo Swann reveals a long-held secret series of experiences with a 'deep black' agency whose apparent charter was simple: UFOs and extraterrestrials on the moon. |
