Project Description

The USS Numitor (ARL-17) was a converted LST during WWII. There is very little information about this ship on the internet and the fine folks that served on it. This is my attempt to collect information on this Mighty repair ship. (This is not an official web site of this ship. I am simply trying to get information about this ship and share what I have learned. This web page hopefully will generate some leads to more pictures and stories about the U.S.S. Numitor.)
