Museum The Walton's Mountain Museum at Schuyler, Virginia, is located in the school building that Earl Hamner attended as a boy. The museum features re-creations from the set of The Waltons. Visitors can see John-Boy's room, the kitchen, the living room, the Baldwin sisters' recipe machine, and Ike Godsey's Store, which also serves as the museum's gift shop. A 30-minute video presentation precedes the tour of the museum.
