Enumclaw.WA Weather Conditions and Forecast
Material: Agate,Jasper and a little petrified wood. Some nice Carnelian can be found here.
Tools and Methods: Search the gravel bars ,banks and river bottom for materials. Look in road cuts or any disturbed areas.
When: spring through fall. Anytime the water level is low enough to walk the creek and expose the gravel bars.
Accessibility: Well maintained gravel road (Any Vehicle). Ok for older kids (debris in the creek makes navigation difficult at times).
Nice piece of agate from Lucas Creek
