This is the first Pure Excitement Comics Special, taking a second look at some of the heroes featured in the past eight issues. The contents of this issue were determined by YOUR votes (althoug only three of you voted...).
This issue features stories starring The Target, The Black Terror, Hydroman (with Rainbow Boy!), and Magno the Magnetic Man! In three of the stories (all but the Hydroman one) I have made an effort to present stories with a very different look from the first stories featuring these characters that I reprinted. Be prepared for completely different artistic interpretations of these classic characters. All stories are believed to be in the public domain*. I'm sorry that the pages of the Hydroman story are a little bit larger (in terms of file size) than I usually feature on this site, but it was the only way that I could find to make the red captions readable. I think the largest page is about 150K, so they're not TOO big.
