Not in 6th grade any more

You are not in elementary school anymore! As a result, I will hold you to a higher standard.

7th  grade is tougher and more challenging than elementary school.

7th grade is more fun and more rewarding than elementary school.

Respect fellow students and teachers.

When Mr. Pepper is talking, students shouldn’t be.

Be sure to remember: 1) raise your hand, 2) wait for Mr. Pepper to call on you, 3) start talking

Keep your hands and feet to yourself.

Always encourage other students, never laugh at or make fun of anyone. We all have flaws.

Mr. Pepper’s Discipline Plan

If disciplinary action is necessary, some of the disciplinary actions may include:
o Oral reminder (warning)
o Conference with teacher
o Seat reassignment
o Conference with parents
o Detentions given at my discretion
o Referral to the office

Always, always, always…

Talk to me if you need any help.

Don’t wait until the assignment is due (by then it’s too late).
