What is the question for which loneliness is the answer
Neon which cannot make compounds
Still it lingers over promises hopefully bright and alluring
and us among whom many are distressed
The red and green crescent that hangs and winks
above the Half Moon tavern hints to us of pleasure
overseeing our loving and thriving in oxygen
And people for allegiance cover their hearts and the sun
with the same hand both for protection
