Below is the link
for your referees to fill out their referee report for Delco.
We would like all game reports done online if possible.
We must have a game report for every game.
If there is no incident or cards issued we do not need the report
mailed in.
If they need to mail the report in have them mail it to

Report
Rules discussed last night at the meeting are as follows.
Basically the coach is being held responsible for the parents
behavior on the sideline as well as their own.
1) Parents and players of each team are on opposing sidelines.
2) No parents or coaches are allowed to sit behind the goal.
3) Parents / Spectators need to stay at least 10 feet from the
sidelines and not in the coaches / players box. Coaches are
expected to coach from within the coaching box area near the
midfield line. He/she should not be running up and down the
entire sideline.
4) Parents / spectators are not to âcoachâ? or "referee" from the
sidelines. They never should address the players from the
opposing team. Keep in mind these are children not adults on the
field.
5) If a parent is acting out of order on the sideline the referee
can eject the coach as well as the parent and the club will be
fined per the bylaws and the parent may be suspended from future
games. Unacceptable behavior is defined as yelling at the
referee, yelling at a child on your own team or the opposing
team, cursing, drinking alcohol (or being drunk at games),
smoking (it is not permitted). Any obvious poor behavior that
disrupts the game or has the potential to cause conflict. Same
applies to coaches or any spectator.
6) No parent or coach may confront the referee after the game
regarding the way the game was called. If you do the referee will
report the team and the coach will be suspended and the team (and
thus the parent) will be fined. DELCO has a game report that will
be filled out after every game and that report is where we are to
report any issues with the referee or opposing team.
7) Coaches were instructed to remove the son of the parent who is
acting up from the game if their parent wonâ™t calm
down. That was a suggestion from the meeting when it was asked by
a coach " how do I control a parent who just won't be quiet
on the sideline?" The best way to get their attention...tell
them their child will be put back in the game when they calm
down. This should get the point driven home!
8) Cards: each club receiving cards will need to post a $500.00
bond with DELCO. The fines and penalties are posted on the web
under the Adminsitration/Bylaws link.
