Every two years The Washington Print Club, in association with an area museum or gallery, mounts an exhibition of prints from members' collections. Past venues have included the National Museum of American Art, The National Gallery, The National Museum of Women in the Arts, and the National Building Museum.

The Washington Print Club held its 19th Biennial Exhibition of prints from the collections of its members from Tuesday, April 24 through Sunday, June 24, 2007, at the American University Museum in the University's Cyrus and Myrtle Katzen Arts Center. The Exhibition, under the title "Made in America," featured over 100 prints, all made within the borders of the United States, whether by American artists or by artists from other countries while here in the United States. Included in the show were works by many major American artists as well as by lesser known, notable printmakers.
