Congratulations ... You made it ... Over the next several weeks, I will be adding diagrams and other useful information that will assist you in getting ready for the quickly approaching baseball and softball seasons.  The information will be discussed and practiced in class.  The information I provide here is an accumulation of knowledge I've acquired over the years.  In combination with the general information provided on the weekly training web pages, I am confident you will have a very successful year.
