This following list contains the names of brothers in the Harrisburg, Lancaster, York, Reading, and Lebanon areas who for whatever reason have not been active within the last 5 calendar years. Many of these brothers have never crossed the divide from undergrad to graduate. Some have never been affiliated with Kappa Omega but by proximity are our responsibilty.

We should be in constant contact with those brothers via e-mail, telephone, etc. informing them of the chapter meetings, programs, community service projects, chapter activities, meeting minutes, etc. Inactive brothers (as well as their families when appropriate) should be invited to all chapter functions.

The goal is to encourage these brothers to become active. Don't settle for excuses. Visit them at their homes and interact with them at church or wherever you come in contact with them. Plan activities that foster a growing friendship within the chapter and within the families. Be conscious of a brothers' health or financial situation, especially our brothers who may have recently graduated from college or relocated to the area.

Active brothers ought to contact their inactive line brothers and inquire as to their status with the fraternity/chapter. If your line or chapter brother is not active, make it a personal mission to get him active. Once he has come back into the fold, put him to work on a committee. Encourage him to participate at the district and national levels as well.
