Post-Cancun portfolio updating continues....
Please note that I have been feverishly
scanning in 2D drawings, flattening photoshop compositions, and hunting
down digital photographs to update the site. Also, I took a trip to Cancun
with my brother and a few buddies. Pictures at right shows us doing a little
unauthorized archeological digging around some of the Mayan Temples. It
was a great trip, and we didn't even spend that much.
With regard to the site,The tutorials section
has taken a back seat for the moment.

One of the hardest decisions for a discerning graphic artist (on a budget)
was on which digital camera should I purchase. I have been using an out-of-date
2Mpx Kodak DC265 for years, and finally decided it was time. After weeks
of reading online reviews and searching through price-watching sites, I
came across a decent 5Mpx camera at an extraordinary price. I landed on
slickdeals.net which had a link to 42nd Street Camera out of Manhattan...

- Deer Hunt 2004
It's been well over 12 years since I have dawned the hunter orange and ventured
out in search of the elusive whitetail. I was a return to my roots and
an overall grand adventure. My current employer has a tradition to go every
year to Trout Creek. This year the snow had hit hard, and I was lucky enough
to chain up the cruiser. We had so much fun plowing through 3 feet of fresh
powder to get to the summit. To make a long story short, the DWR website
jipped me and didn't process my deer tag correctly when I purchased it
online, so I was weaponless.
But I can't remember when I had so much fun! I saw so many deer and a herd
of elk up close. Sounded like an avalanche coming down the mountain...
