About Our Meetings

"Enjoying Ancient Coins--

Getting Youth Involved"

Discussion lead by Tom Barbeau

Tom will bring his son and his son's friend. Tom's son Eric is a budding collector who buys Roman bronzes. Members are heartily encouraged to bring other young people who will be introduced to the give and take of experienced numismatists discussing their interests, and sharing their understanding of ancient coins.

A lot of informal discussion is encouraged. Let's discuss preservation, quality of strike, artistry of dies, historical fascination, etc.
