Some towns are abandoned after the goods it speializes in is out of demand and people go elsewhere for work. Some when a natural disaster such as a flood occurs. This town never had a chance to get as far as the prior two examples. Mr. Brimsfield spent all kinds of money buying land and setting up the blocks and lots to sell when the Pineland Preservation passed through NJ's congress and put an end to the town.
