Our fifth competition took us to the Chelsea Hotel in Atlantic City, March 27-28, 2009. We reprised our tango that we did in the Poconos and this time it won us 3rd place.  We were sort of surprised at that because our swing/charleston/quick step routine to Jimmy Buffett’s “Tiki Bar is Open” blew the crowd away, even more than the tango did.  We competed against 10 couples in our Intermediate Bronze Amateur Couple category.
