Tighlman Island Inn is operated by a CIA (Culinary Institute of America) graduate who is also an engineer, which makes for interesting post-dinner drinks conversation, never at a loss at this place.  Located on the remote Eastern Shore of Maryland this is a little gem that must not be missed, especially for the food and conversation.
