Tighlman Island, on Maryland’s Eastern Shore, sits south and west of St. Michael’s.  The Tilghman Island Inn is a small, very nice hotel right on the edge of the Chesapeake and features a gourmet restaurant. 

Liz plays decent lounge piano and has a pleasant voice.  And is nuts, in a good way.

One of our few hobbies is collecting antique oyster plates from the late 19th century.  The Maritime Museum featured these four good examples.

The de-commissioned presidential yacht, Sequoia, is moored at the Chesapeake Maritime Museum in St. Michaels.

These sink boxes were used by duck hunters to sneak up on hoards of ducks, at which point the hunter rose out of the cutout and blasted away.  They are now illegal. The ducks have a strong union.
