Honfleur has the same Normandy look that you see in many Normandy towns, stone, brick and cobblestone streets. One hundred fifty years ago two prime movers of the impressionist movement, Monet and Sisley, stayed in Honfleur sharpening their skills as they studied under master painter Boudin and the dutchman, Jongkind.
