18 | Sandy and Michael Thomas Hassler. I got word from the Red Cross three days after he was born. The CO, a drafted vetranarian gave me a cigar that day. I saw him in person 6 months later when I arrived home. We didn't have cell phones, internet or email then. Earlier in the summer one of the guys in Bravo Co received word that his wife had given birth to a boy. He was on patrol later that same day and was killed in an ambush. Download
