Forms: If you will not be acquiring whiteboards with the use of a purchase order, please download an interactive Excel order form, an interactive MSWord order form, or a non-interactive PDF order form. Complete the form including taxes (if applicable) and shipping (please contact us via e-mail <whiteboardsUSA "at" comcast.net> for a quote or visit our shipping page to get your own estimate).

You may also fax your purchase order to us at (309) 662-7588. This is a fax machine at FedEx Kinko's Office and Print Services, so be certain to include our business manager's name (Carl Wenning) and cell phone number (309-830-4085) on the cover sheet. Confirm receipt with us via phone or e-mail within 24 hours to ensure that we have received your fax.

Bids and Quotes: If you need a bid or quote, e-mail us at whiteboardsUSA "at" comcast.net. We will process your bid or quote as quickly as possible so that you get the information you need when you need it. Please use the above address for bids and quotes if you prefer to use US mail.

Prices: All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping: An economical means of ground shipment will be used. Please contact us for a quote or use our shipping page to obtain your own quote, and then add the quote to your purchase order or order form before sending. We currently do not ship outside the United States.

Sales Tax: We collect sales tax for taxable entities within the state of Illinois. Illinois residents, please add 7.5% sales tax. To avoid paying sales taxes, Illinois institutions must provide evidence of tax-exempt status upon request.

Payment: Authorized school purchase orders receive net 30 day terms. Personal orders must be accompanied by a check or money order. Send purchase order or payment along with your request. Please make checks payable to whiteboardsUSA.com. Please mail payment to the above postal address.

Cancellations: Cancellation of an order after it has been shipped out or received by the customer will result in the customer paying all shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. Please make necessary order cancellations before whiteboards are shipped.
