Shipping Quote

Our standard shipping for whiteboards is FedEx ground delivery. All shipping destinations must have a physical delivery address. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. Please contact us for a quote or use information on this page to obtain your own quote. Then add the quote to your order form before sending.

Follow these easy steps to directly figure your own quote. See the sample calculation below for clarification if necessary.

1. Visit the FedEx web site
2. Ship From = United States, Bloomington, IL 61701
3. Ship To = Unites States, Your Town, Your State, Your ZIP
4. Indicated whether your delivery location is a residential or business address.
5. Leave "Shipping Date" set to default date.
6. Figure the number of packages. We ship a maximum of 15 Standard whiteboards per package (~50 pounds each).
7. Do not click Document Shipment.
8. Leave customs value blank; we do not ship outside the USA.
9. Figure and enter the total weight of each package. (Note that Standard whiteboards weigh approximately 3.55 lb each)
10. Click "Calculate Time and Cost" to go to next page.
11. Click "Retail Location"
12. Specify "Your Packaging"
13. As to size, enter 24 inches x 32 inches times height. (Height = 0.125 inches x number of whiteboards shipped in a package). Enter all three dimensions; order does not matter as only volume is being calculated.
14. Specify "Declared Value" if you wish to insure your shipment. Insurance of up to $100 per package is free.
15. Click "Submit"
16. Note the various time and costs options on the next web page. We recommend shipment via UPS Ground as being the most economical. Add the amount to your "Shipping" line on your order form.

The thickness of the package of fifteen whiteboards is 15 x 0.125 inches = 1.875 inches (rounded up to 2 inches). The declared value of the shipment is $127.50, and supplemental insurance is purchased to cover the value over $100.
