This tip illustrates another way to view your Project Outcomes.  As in the previous Tip, your successful Project outcome should be summarized in the first line of the Notes section of the Project form.  (Note:  All Project views that I suggest rely on this location for the "outcome", so I recommend that you just get in the habit of putting this kind of info in that first line of Notes.)

Step 1 ... Select Auto Preview for Your View
Navigate to your Projects folder, and display the Project list view that you created from Tip #2.  From the menu, select (View, AutoPreview); or in the alternative...

Click the AutoPreview button on the Toolbar.

Step 2 ... View Your Outcomes as Auto Previews
Your Project outcome descriptions will show up below each Project name as in the screenshot here.  This view captures the first three lines of the Notes section of the Project form, so as in the top project at the right, you'll see more lines if they exist in the Notes section.  This is a great way to help yourself focus on some "sub" information.

Step 3 ... Reformat the Outcome's Color or Font
The default color for your outcomes in this view is blue.  However, you can change this if you desire.  Right-Click the row of column headings at the top of the view, and then select "Customize Current View..." from the drop-down menu.

Step #4 ... Go to Settings
In the "View Summary" window that pops up, click the "Other Settings..." button.

Step #5 ... Format Your Font
In the "Other Settings" window that pops up, click the "Font" button under the "AutoPreview" section.  Select your desired font, style, size and color in the "Font" window.  Click "OK", "OK" and "OK" to close out of the windows and check out your newly formatted view.
