Tip #12 - A Weekly Review Tasks List
The Weekly Review is possibly the most difficult GTD skill to master and keep on track.  Yet it is one of the most important keys to GTD success.  This Tip presents the first of three methods that give you some visual guidance and encouragement to tackle your Weekly Review successfully.
Step 1 ... Create a New Folder
Right-Click on your Folder List.  Select "New Folder" from the drop-down menu that appears.  The "Create New Folder" window will pop open.

In the "Create New Folder" window, name the folder "Weekly Review" (or whatever else you would like to call it).  In the "Folder contains:" field, select "Task Items" from the drop-down list.  Highlight your main PST file in the "Select where to place the folder:" listing.  Click the "OK" button.

You will now have a new, empty folder that contains Tasks, and an empty Table View of the folder.
