Tip #13 - Page 1

Tip #13 - A Weekly Review Appointment
This second approach to the Weekly Review is really a twist on the first technique presented in Tip #12.  As you will see, you can use it alone or in combination with the ideas from Tip #12.

The primary concept underlying all of these Weekly Review techniques is simply "a trail of breadcrumbs".  Almost all of us can attack any project or process more easily when we have some visual clues or reinforcement to guide us.  These Weekly Review tips are just some ways to set up a slightly interactive "chain of events" to help pull you through the process.  It definitely helps when you can Click on an item or link, and get a visual signpost towards stuff that you can actually review.
Step 1 ... Create an Appointment
In the normal fashion, create an Appointment (with yourself) for the time that you conduct your Weekly Review.  Set the Appointment to recur weekly.  You may also want to setup the "Reminder" for the appointment to alert you far enough ahead that you can wind things down, and begin your Review without distractions.
