Tip #7 - Four Basic Ways to Create Project Tasks
Creating Tasks and Next Actions is, of course, one of the things you do most to keep your Projects in GTD mode.  Consequently, the mechanics of doing so quickly and easily is important.  Ultimately you don't want to even think about how to get the Task into Outlook, just what the substance of the Action is.  This Tip illustrates four basic ways to create a Task that is linked to your Project.
Method 1 ... Use the Right-Click Menu
Select your Project in the Project List (Table View), and Right-Click.  In the drop-down menu, select "New Task for Contact".  The Task form will open with the Contacts field linked to your Project.  Note:  You can see from the drop-down menu that you can use the same method to create other types of Outlook items linked to your Project.
