Tip #9 - Drag to Project Next Actions from Your Project Notes
In this tip, we look at yet another way to create Project Next Actions.  This technique is really an extension or add-on to the methods illustrated in Tips #7 and #8.  If you keep Project outlines, steps, or possible Next Actions in the Notes section of the Project form, then here is a way to quickly move them to your Next Action (Task) forms.
Step 1 ... Open the Projects Folder and a Task Form
Open your Projects list in a new window (from the Folder List, Right-Click on the Projects folder and select "Open in New Window" from the drop-down menu), and be sure that the Preview Pane is open.  In the new window, select your desired Project and create a new Task using one of the methods from Tip #7 or Tip #8.  In the Project notes or outline that is displayed in the Preview Pane, select the text that represents your Next Action.
