Shipping Instuctions

Caution: Improperly packed porcelain or other objects of art are subject to a higher risk of additional damage durning shipment.  It is very important to pack your damaged art correctly as parcel carriers will usually deny claims if damage occurs due to poor packing practices.  Please call our studio before any shipments are forwarded.  We will give guidelines on packing and shipping. All shipments fowarded to the studio are the sole responsibilty of the client. 

Please enclose an inventory sheet of all items sent plus the damages and value for return shipping insurance.   Upon receiveng your shipment we will send you a written estimate for your approval.  There is a 35.00 estimate fee plus return if the estimate is declined.  If the estimate is accepted and the work performed the fee will be wavied. Please feel free to contact the studio if you have any questions.
