The Junior Diamond Football League is a full contact program for 12- 15-year-olds with no weight restrictions.  Our purpose is to help develop the skills necessary to play at the High School level. 

The Wicomico Dragons and the Junior Diamond Football League spring season gets under way this Saturday, January 29th.  Kick off is at 4:30 pm at the Salvation Army football field in Salisbury.

The Junior DFL is a full contact program for youth ages 12-15.  It differs from other programs in that there are no player weight restrictions.  The league includes teams from MD (Salisbury, Berlin, Baltimore, Elkton), DE (Fenwick Island, Camden, Dover, Smyrna, Lewes), VA (Norfolk), and NJ(Vineland).

The Wicomico Dragons team mission is to help prepare these youth for the next level, high school.  Our program has alumni now playing with Bennett, Parkside, Wi-Hi, Snow Hill, and Delmar.

Dragon Sports is also active in youth girls soccer and softball.  We are also part of the Delmarva Eight-man Football Association, a men's arena style football league,  in which we are the 2-time undefeated champions!
