CLICK HERE to read the story about how I got interested in the cross.  I still make them at every opportunity, from cross-shaped  wind-chimes to big wooden crosses for my yard. I've made them from old weathered 100-year old wood and from wood salvaged from church renovations.  I've also photographed them for many years and created them in other various digital art-forms. It is a wonderful symbol and reminder of all that it means to walk with our Lord.  The Apostle Paul said , "As for me, God forbid that I should boast about anything except the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ. Because of that cross, my interest in this world died long ago, and the world's interest in me is also long dead." Galatians 6:14 NLT.  

 

	Photos of traditional crosses that I've found in churches, cemeteries, and other places around the Country. I have photographed crosses from New York to California.
	Photos of crosses that I've found in less traditional settings, from road-signs and rocks to tree-limbs and the backs of animals. Once you start looking, there are crosses everywhere!
