I was called on the phone to give a reference for a biologist that worked for my during some big horn sheep research in the California desert. I told them he did great at almost everything...he could identify most every desert plant, he was excellent at radio-tracking, and he had boundless energy. But I had to fire him because he always fell asleep when we did the surveys.
