Dear Lord

Here I sit alone in my room;
For right now there is much gloom.
Alone by choice;
For I have no voice.

Sometimes I say "Lord why me?"
But, then I say, "This is the way things must be."
It's very hard to keep my faith in you.
For much of the time I am blue.

Will this ever end?
Or will I have new needs to tend?
Will I need to learn to talk?
Or may I learn to walk?

Through it all I know you'll do what's right
And someday things will be bright.

Today I still have many struggles, but thankfully I have wonderful family and friends to support me.  I want to thank all my friends and family near and far for all your love and support and most of all thank you Lord for keeping your faith in me even when I nearly lose faith in you.
