Order Form for Engraved Granite Paving Block

You can honor a Veteran or your special person by purchasing an engraved gray granite paver to be permanently placed in the memorial walk at the Veterans’ Memorial. Your tax deductible donation to the Wilmot Historical Society will be a vital contribution toward the completion of this project.

The 4”x 8” paver will accommodate up to 3 lines with a maximum of 13 characters per line including spaces and punctuation (please see sample picture).

You also have the option of a 12”x12” paver of the same granite allowing 6 lines and up to 14 characters per line.

• 4”x 8” @ $50 each
• 12”x 12” @ $100 each
