Author's Profile: William J. DixonDr. Dixon received his BS (82) in Biological Sciences from Northern Illinois University, MBA (86) from the University of Houston, and Ph.D. in Applied Management and Decision Sciences (07) from Walden University. His professional career has extended information
technology in both professional service and academic environments. During his 14
year tenure with Ernst & Young, he established the technology services
organization in the Gulf Coast region, nationalized knowledge management (KM)
initiatives in IT, and most recently initiated consistent KM tools and processes
