BIOGRAPHY Attorney William Smith has been a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association since 1982 and his practice is dedicated to Estate Planning and Elder Law. His offices are at 45 Sterling Street in West Boylston (at the intersection of Route 12 and Route 110). He also has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a concentation in accounting and taxation. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Massachusetts Chapter of Elder Law Attorneys, the Worcester Volunteer Lawyers Association, the Sterling Business Group, and the Wachusett Chamber of Commerce. William has lived in Sterling, Massachusetts for over twenty years where he has served on the school committee and local finance committee.
