Sharp and her daughter Sarah Stevens Mulford Sharp( b 7/5/1812 d 7/27/1888) who was 33 at the time. The writing and spelling were a challenge, I have transcribed the letter as best I could, and where I couldn't, I used question marks. I also tried to identify individuals mentioned in the letter. The places where the letter refers to children or father are in bold. The letter refers to several Dodds; Franklin , Samuel and Harriet. I assume they are children of William Dodds and Elizabeth Hole. The spacing uses Word wrap around. I would be glad to provide copies to anyone requesting them.
