Since there were several minor issues with it, as well as a number of things that could be improved or added to make it better (no, you won't see automatic salvaging), I decided to take a look at it while learning VB. The first target was the CTD on the Exceptions tab. After releasing it, I discovered that, unfortunately, I pretty much automatically had to take the project over.
It's not something I really wanted to do, especially since I'm not an experienced coder, but them's the breaks. If you have a feature request, feel free to submit it, but don't hold your breath. If I can do it, I will, but it may be a LONG time coming.

Changes:
1. Special thanks to Faile Bashere of Bandit Sight fame for the vast majority of the work on this version.
2. The only real change made by myself was to fix the removal of Mouse Add from version 1.0.13, because it got botched a bit. The option is now officially gone. (Code geeks: All the routines are still there, they just don't ever get used.)
3. Support for Salvaging Multiple Materials at Once added! Will now take one of each item of all the material types you have at a time and add them to the UST before pressing salvage. In order to enable this feature, you must turn it on in the Character Options Panel in AC, log out, log back in, and check off the box in the Config tab.
4. A delay caused by the IDing of each bag of salvage returned to the main pack during the Combine phase was removed, VASTLY speeding up the time it takes to Salvage & Combine. Faile's unofficial benchmark was 7 seconds for 14 items, 8 seconds for 21 items!!!
5. It is POSSIBLE that the removal of the function that IDed bags in the Combine phase also removed the problem with UST hanging in the middle of a combine phase. If you experienced this problem frequently in the past, please try this version and see if you still have the problem.
6. Outstanding Bugs:
7. PLEASE NOTE: Salvage Multiple Items At Once DEFAULTS TO OFF!!!!
Changes:
1. Added Left-hand Mouse Support via a checkbox on the Config tab.
2. Changed the support for Windowed mode; it should work at any resolution now, as well as Windows skins such as WindowsBlinds. Special thanks to Zegeger of HG for the code help on this part.
3. REMOVED support for adding items to the UST with the mouse. This simplified things greatly, and the mouse movement method is no longer needed - it was backwards compatibility support for those using Decal versions prior to 2.5.20, which can no longer be used due to code changes in the client. (Note: This is buggy and has been fixed in 1.0.14.)
Changes:
1. Fixed a bug that was causing any items not on a character to be cleared from the exceptions list. My fault. Woops.
2. Changed the default delay settings. This means UST WILL RUN A SMIDGE SLOWER. The more you're doing, the more noticeable it will be. Sorry. This is done to alleviate some of the flood of "It just hangs on combine or salvage" issues that have been seen. 20 milliseconds ain't a long time, so you'll live.
Changes:
1. Fixed the Crash to Desktop on Exceptions Tab activity of any sort. Blank exceptions will not be loaded if they are in the exceptions tab, and will be cleaned from the settings.xml at logoff.
2. NOTE: The source and DLL for this version is no longer available, primarily because IT WILL EAT ITEMS IT SHOULD NOT SALVAGE. If you are using 1.0.0.11, you should UPGRADE IMMEDIATELY.
