The shop is on the south side of a strip mall running perpendicular to and directly across Village Parkway from the Dublin post office. The manager's name is Minh Dinh. You can mention Phil's name if you wish.

Others have good luck at Fry's and Best Buy.

Portable CIO, 172 Via Serena, Alamo, 552-7953 does good work for $100/hr.

For the MAC, Jim Hanafee knows a good place in Fremont, call him for the name.
