Software Resources
WordSmart has standardized on the Microsoft Office suite of products and we have the capability to export documents to almost any file format. We use both Microsoft Office XP and Office 2003 for word processing, database management, electronic spreadsheets, and digital presentations. Our Office suites include:
- MS Word
- MS Excel
- MS Access
- MS PowerPoint
- MS FrontPage
In addition to using MS Access as a database engine for our small business clients, we can also use Microsoft SQL Server in client/server environments.
WordSmart has is testing several upcoming applications from Microsoft and other manufacturers. We are use InfoPath 2003 and Small Business Manager.
For graphics, WordSmart uses several applications from Adobe, Microsoft, JASC, Real, and Corel. For mapping, we use applications from Autodesk, ESRI, Intergraph, and Microsoft.
WordSmart is also able to develop customized computer applications in Visual Basic Studio and Visual Basic Studio .NET.
Hardware
WordSmart has the equipment and software to create graphics-rich documents that include maps, illustrations, and photographs. Our equipment allows us create professional-looking documents and presentations for you in the shortest amount of time.
Our equipment includes black and white printers, color laser printers, desktop scanners, and digital cameras. We can save your files to almost any medium including floppy disks, Zip disks, flash drive, and CD-ROM.
