Individual Applications for Membership
All Membership Applications Must be Accompanied With a copy of your DD-214, a completed and signed Form SF-180 (check the "undeleted report of separation" box), and $25.00 annual membership fee. You MUST belong to a Post in your area. If a Post is not in the immediate area, you will be provided information on the nearest location. Applications for Membership in either the Wounded Warriors R.A. or Auxiliary use the same form.
Applications for Starting a Post in Your Area
All Post Charter Applications Must be Accompanied With a copy of a DD-214, and Form SF-180 for each Member/Applicant (if not already submitted), and a $150 nonrefundable (may be refunded under certain circumstances) Charter Fee. The Charter Fee pays for various legal requirements, your Charter document, other printing costs (5 original "Constitution & By Laws", Association pamphlets, etc.), and the Wounded Warriors Legal Defense Fund.
