BMR WELD IN BOXED SUBFRAME CONNECTORS INSTALL

On the floor right after they were delivered. Driver's side shown.

Driver and passenger side before the install (dirty car!!)

Driver and passenger side welds at the front. I didn't take pictures of the weld spots on the rear of the SFC where  they meet the LCAs.

This is how it looks on the driver's side after it's in place. It's almost invisible, it tucks in there really good.
You can also see the other side being welded.

I really like this mod. I regret not doing it right after I bought the car. What happens is that the car feels more solid, and it seems like the shocks are doing their work better now then before when it comes to  comfort and control.

Steering is also improved, it's very crisp and the car turns right now without any woobling of any kind.

Before this mod, I could feel pretty much all road bumps and depressions.  While I can still feel them, the car stays very solid when going over them and the noise inside the cabin (rattles and shaking) is very well reduced.

Cornering was already really good with the mods I had (Konis, 1LE  everything, xTreme strut tower brace, etc) and now I just can't help it on every hi-speed corner... I always smile. It's impressive how this car is cornering now.

I highly recommend this mod. I can't belive these cars didn't come with subframe connectors from the factory. It should have been at least an option.
