1) Did you have problems with your tires rubbing and if so, how did you solve this problem?

Since I have a lowered car I did have some rubbing on the rear inner wells. Also, with a full tank and a passanger the tires did rub on the outside fenders. What I did was hammer the inner wheel well as needed with a pneumatic hammer and re-coat the metal parts that eventualy got exposed. I was careful not to hammer the points where the bolts for the back seats are. Also, I rolled up the fender lips with the same tool and with a friend holding the outside of the fenders with his hand. I didn't use the baseball bat technique. Optional but recommended is the reduction in size (about 1") of the jounce bumpers.

2) What is the back spacing and offset of your wheels?

I don't know. I called American Racing and they figured it out for me.

3) Who is Mark Shaner and how can I contact him about the Throttle Body?

S2 Performance is a one man company owned and run by Mark Shaner and his wife. Mr. Shaner is extremely knowledgeable about  throttle bodies and his work is in my opinion the best. I advise people to get his throttle body when not in a hurry, because he can be swamped at times and it may take a while for him to finish all his orders. When  ordering from him you have to understand that his health is his priority and sometimes he'll have to stop what he's doing to take care of it. His product details as well as contact information can be found at www.s2performance.net

4) What kind of Throttle Body did you get from Mark Shaner and why?

I got the S3 model. This is because I have a 6 speed car and because I wanted most of the difference to be felt on the street and not at the track - I never go to the track.

5) Where did you get your reflective overlays?

I got them at After Thoughts Auto

6) How did you do your tail light mod?

Conversion of the outer single filament bulbs to double filament bulbs:
First, what I did was get 2 sockets from
www.gmpartsdirect.com - they are not cheap, but if you want to do a good job and avoid future leaks and water getting in the lens, avoid the el-cheapos at the corner parts store. The socket part number is 12159662 and you will need 2.

Next, I was VERY VERY careful when removing material from the holes on the tail lamps. Those outer bulbs are smaller and you need to make the holes bigger to accomodate the new sockets. If you remove too much  material you will ruin the tail lights and render them unusable. You will have to buy new ones (big bucks).

You will also have to remove the little locking-clip on the new sockets because they won't allow you to  turn them in place. It will be easier for you to understand what I'm talking about by looking at this page
http://www.bfranker.badz28.com/fbody/sequentialTA.htm -- scroll down to "full install" - I used his technique on creating the holes for the new sockets. The wiring is very simple, just copy from the existing parking/stop sockets.
