JONES TIDE POOL - BARNEGAT BAY, NJ

PAGE 2

There was a peaceful solitude on the estuary.  A few fiddler crabs scurried into the marsh grasses as our kayaks approached their territory.  The sun and soft wind felt good.

Paddling toward the choppier open bay, we left a magical stillness behind us.

It was a beautiful Friday afternoon on Barnegat Bay with Linda.  There were no regrets or guilt for calling in sick to work.

It was such a nice day, I even enjoyed hosing down the boats.
