The Hilltown Land Trust is looking for volunteers to help clean up trails at the Bradley Sanctuary in Williamsburg. Please bring along hand tools (saws, pruning shears, loppers) and gloves, if available. Don’t worry if you have no tools – many hands are needed to pickup, roll, or drag, what others have cut. If there are enough extra hands and/or time, we will also clear the Breckenridge property just down the road. And if you’re not feeling energetic, come along anyway and enjoy the scenery of these beautiful woodlands.
When: Sunday April 19th 1:00 pm
Where: Meet at Bradley Sanctuary trail head.
From the center of Williamsburg, follow Rt. 9 west 1.2 miles. Take a right onto Old Goshen Road. Follow for another 0.4 miles to where it intersects with Hemenway Road. Bear left, and continue on Old Goshen Road for another 1.5 miles. Look for a parking area on the right.
The Breckenridge Sanctuary trail head is another one-half mile on the left, 100 yards after crossing the West Branch Mill River and the road turns to dirt.
