Nick's 1996 Chevy Tahoe (2-Door)

 

Here's another system that I did for a friend.  Nick is actually Brandon's (owner of the 1999 C5) younger brother.  He was hooked on a big ass system after he heard his brother's system.  Nick helped out quite a bit by laying down all of the Dynamat Extreme, and running all of the audio and power wire.

 

Here's the system:

-    Head Unit:  Pioneer Premiere DEH-P850MP

-    Amplifiers:  (2) Hifonics BX1000D's (1000w x 1 @ 1 ohm)

-    Front Speakers:  MB Quart Premium Series 6.5" Component Set

-    Rear Speakers:  Kicker KX410 (4"x10")

-    Subwoofers:  (2) Kicker Solobaric S15L7-2 in a Custom 10.0 Cu Ft Ported Box

-    Sound Deadening: Dynamat Extreme Applied Throughout

-    Battery:  Optima Yellow Top

-    Capacitors:  (2) Stinger HPM Series 1.0 Farad Chrome Capacitors with Voltage Gauge

-    Interconnects :  Stinger Bullet Series RCA's

-    Power Wire & Connectors:  Stinger HPM Series 1/0 Gauge Blue & Silver Power

                                                          & Stinger Expert Series Battery Terminals & Connectors

-    Neon Lights:  (4) Red Neon Tubes in Amp Rack Area

                                (2) Blacklight Tubes in the Subwoofer Ports

5/23/2004 - Outlaw SPL (Concord, CA) - Modified 301- 900 - 144.3db (3rd place) - TermLab sensor

4/17/2004 - dB Drags (Grass Valley, CA) - Street Max 1-2 - 143.8 db - TermLab sensor
