Beautiful restoration. My dad, Steve Wertheimer, used to own this boat with his son, Brian. Glad to see her still around.

Hi! I have many times read about Goose in all sorts of finnish litterature about the 6mR-class and in memoirs/autobiografies of finnish sailors from the early 20th century who raced against Goose, and wondered what happened to the most succesful 6 meter ever. It is truly wonderful to know that Goose, a true legend in international sailing still lives and will do so for many years to come! You are doing a great deed for the cultural heritage of the class! Please keep up the site and let us know how she is doing! Maybe we'll se her sail once again here in Scandinavia!
