Self

Know yourself psychologically and spiritually, such as:

  • Who you are
  • What you stand for
  • What you believe in
  • What has shaped you
  • What you want and where you are going
  • Where you belgong

Have once left your comfort zone

  • Exposed yourself to culture shock
  • Taken a risk
  • Embarked on an adventure

Have developed a philosophy backed by research and a plan that you can live with for maximizing your overall health

Have created and completed and age-appropriate vision quest

Have developed an expertise in one area of healthy fun: i.e. a method by which you nurture your self, handle stress, and renew your energy

Have cultivated a means of expressing yourself creatively (writing, interior decorating, building, cooking, gardening, singing, acting, etc.)

 

Environment

Have a practical, portable way of making a living

  • Regardless of age
  • Self-employed or by contract
  • With a track record
  • Showing excellence and innovation

Have one home maintenance skill (plumbing, electricity, appliance repair, painting, etc.)

Have successfully planted, grown, harvested and preserved one crop

Can make one full, tasty, and nutritious meal and can cater it to a large group

Have developed a preference for a specific brand of automobile and have in depth knowledge of it

Have an investment strategy

Community

Have mastered the art of conversation on one subject

Have an expertise, opinion and strategy for personally – as one person – favorably impacting one local or global issue

Can throw a meaningful party

Have shadowed a leader for one day

Have designed and performed a ritual by which you honor the transition in the life of a member of your community (death, departure, retirement, birthday, marriage, etc.)

Have taken a leadership role in your community (facilitated a committee, started a club, published an informative brochure)
