Training & Support
The conference calls provided are one the most crucial aspects of the "Support system" you can utilize in supporting your ongoing business success. They are designed to train you, mentor you as well as to directly assist you in sharing the product / opportunity information about YTB to your contacts. They come from different sources and are offered through a tremendous commitment by your Company and Success Leaders to support your success. The nice thing about these calls is that you are able to "tie in" with a minimal impact to your time with your family because it is done through a "phone call" medium. "Leadership Step One!"
Three General Types of Conference Calls Provided:
1) Official YTB Hosted Training Calls:
These calls are hosted by the Founders, Management and Senior Income Earning Directors of YTB to provide training in all areas of your business. Each specific call subject matter is discussed at the same time every week to provide ongoing training in that area. These calls / details are also listed in your <Back Office>, on your marketing site and on the schedule below. Many of these calls are also archived so you can listen after the fact. Recordings can be found below and in your <Back Office>.
2) Official YTB Hosted / Director Presented "Biz Opp Presentation" Calls:
These are calls that you should have your guests listen in on so our Senior Income Earners, Directors, and even Founders at times, can present the YTB Business Overview to your guests for you. These calls/details are also listed below and in your <Back Office>.
3) Your Team Conference Calls:
Many of the Field Leaders and Directors host their own conference calls to gain additional opportunities to support, train and mentor their team members directly across the country. These are important calls and predominately promoted through the communications within that team's organization. The "Leaders Crossing Team", "WUDAP Team" & "Travel Mentors Team" have such calls (Listed Below) and all are welcome! After all; we are all in "Team YTB".
